三年内夏普太阳能电池生产翻一番

据国外媒体报道，夏普太阳能电池业务部主管Tetsuo Onishi今日在日本横滨召开的一次会议上表示，公司计划在2013年3月之前将太阳能电池的产能提高一倍多。

Onishi称：“我们可能会根据市场增长的速度来提高我们的产能。” 夏普估计，全球太阳能电池市场将由2009财年的7.7千兆瓦增长到2010财年的16.9千兆瓦。

Onishi称，截止今年3月份，夏普的太阳能电池产能为792兆瓦。

July 1 (Bloomberg) -- Sharp Corp. may more than double its production capacity of solar cells, by March 2013, Tetsuo Onishi, head of the company’s solar system unit, said at a conference in Yokohama, near Tokyo today.

“We’ll probably strengthen our capacity in line with the market growth,” Onishi said. Sharp estimates the global solar-cell market to expand to 16.9 gigawatts in fiscal 2012, from 7.7 gigawatts in 2009, he said.

The Osaka-based company’s production capacity of solar cells was 792 megawatts as of March this year, Onishi said.
