中电光伏，REC Wafer 争端继续

中电和REC光伏的分歧仍继续存在，两家公司的争论焦点是对Norway-based Wafering 公司的支持上存在相悖意见,这使两家企业考虑提起上诉，用法律来解决此争端。

7月5日由挪威地区法院最新裁决，结果倾向于维护REC的观点，现在中国光电一片质疑，因为这意味着5000万美元的银行担保由于目前REC Wafer公司的撤资而冻结。

The ongoing dispute between China Sunergy and REC Wafer continues today as the company reveals that it is considering appealing against the decision in favour of the Norway-based wafering company.

The recent ruling by the Norwegian District Court on July 5th, which was in favour of REC, is now set to be contested by China Sunergy, meaning that the US$50 million bank guarantee is currently still blocked from being withdrawn by REC Wafer.
