印度的国家太阳能计划指导方针出台
2010年7月27日，印度总理Farooq Abdullah 和能源部部长Sushil Kumar Shinde 发布了印度的国家太阳能计划指导方针。
NTPC  Vidyut  Vypapar  Nigam（NVVN）将有义务回购私人太阳能系统开发者制造的电力。2010年到2011年的印度光伏上网电价为17.91Rs，光热上网电价为15.31Rs。
Guidelines for National solar mission released
27.07.2010: Minister Farooq Abdullah and power minister Sushil Kumar Shinde released the guidelines for the national solar mission in India today. NTPC Vidyut Vyapar Nigam (NVVN) is responisble for purchasing solar power from private developers. The price for 2010 to 2011 will be Rs 17.91 per unit for PV and for solar thermal will be Rs 15.31 per unit. …
