福特公司新型太阳能汽车即将亮相

    据报道,近日福特汽车公司准备在其密歇根州，韦恩的密歇根工厂使用太阳能. 而太阳能这一全新的清洁能源也能够为福特电动车提供动力,其中包括全电动式福特福克斯的装配。              
    届时,将有500千瓦左右的太阳能光伏电池板安装在韦恩工厂,其中高达2000千瓦小时的电力将被储存起来以满足近100个家庭一年的使用.
    福特还计划在工厂建10个电动汽车充电站以便给10 个全电池供电的卡车充电。 

Ford Motor Company is set to go solar at its Michigan Assembly manufacturing plant in Wayne, Michigan. Clean solar electricity will help power the assembly of Ford’s line of electric cars, including the new all-electric Ford Focus.
5oo-kilowatts worth of solar photovoltaic (PV) panels will be installed at the Wayne plant, up to 2,000 kilowatt-hours of which will be kept in a battery storage facility on site, storing enough energy to power 100 homes for a year, reports The Detroit News.
Ford also plans to install 10 electric vehicle charging stations at the plant to charge a fleet of 10 battery-powered trucks.
