SiGen开始生产使用PolyMax系统

Silicon Genesis公司称其开始运用PolyMax系统进行了太阳能硅片生产线切割项目。PolyMax系统称这个系统会比金刚线切割的硅片还要薄。

Silicon Genesis (SiGen), a provider of process and technology for engineered substrates, says it has started production of solar wafers using its new high-volume manufacturing PolyMax system. According to the company, the PolyMax system has the ability to produce wafers thinner than is achievable with wire saw technology.
