SEMI标准2014年第三轮全球投票已于日前启动，此轮投票共有泛半导体材料、环境健康安全、设施、FPD-材料和部件、FPD-量测、气体、HB-LED、光伏-自动化、光伏-材料、光伏、物理接口和传送、硅片等12个标准技术委员会的30个标准公开向全球征集投票意见。本轮投票的截止日期是2014年5月22日，欢迎产业内各公司就标准内容发表意见。以下是各标准列表：
