2011年SEMI光伏标准第三轮投票启动

4月25日，SEMI国际产业标准 2011年度第三轮投票正式启动。内容涵盖了EHS，材料、设备、信息、硅片、3D、MEMS和光伏在内的十四个大项。本轮投票中，光伏领域共计8项内容，包括6项新标准和2项对已有标准的修改。

· 6项新标准包括

o 用于光伏行业的硅烷气体规范指南——Document 4797A - New Standard: Guide for Silane (SiH4), Used In Photovoltaic Applications

o 光伏用焊带指南Document 4800 - New Standard: Guide for Specifying a Photovoltaic Connector Ribbon

o 光伏用焊带检测方法指南Document 4801A - New Standard: Guide for Testing Photovoltaic Connector Ribbon Characteristics

o 用于光伏行业的罐装氨气气体规范指南Document 5033A - New Standard: Guide for Ammonia (NH3) In Cylinders, Used in Photovoltaic Applications

o 用于光伏行业的罐装硒化硫气体规范指南Document 5096 - New Standard: Guide for Hydrogen Selenide (H2Se) in Cylinders, Used in Photovoltaic Applications

o 用于光伏行业的罐装氢氧化铵气体规范指南Document 5098 - New Standard: Specifications for Ammonium Hydroxide, Used in Photovoltaic Applications

· 2项对已有标准的修改包括

o SEMI PV13-0211标准项目修订——Document 5150 - Line Item Revision of SEMI PV13-0211, Test Method for Contactless Excess-Charge-Carrier Recombination Lifetime Measurement in Silicon Wafers, Ingots, and Bricks Using an Eddy-Current Sensor

o SEMI MF397-1106标准修订——Reapproval of SEMI MF397-1106, Test Method for Resistivity of Silicon Bars Using a Two-Point Probe
